NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
PROPOSED REVENUE BOND FINANCING BY
THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF STATESBORO
FOR THE BENEFIT OF STATESBORO SUMMIT HOUSING PARTNERS, LP
RELATING TO A PROJECT IN STATESBORO, GEORGIA

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 10th day of September, 2026, Dana F. Braun, Hearing Officer of the Housing Authority of the City of Statesboro (the “Hearing Officer”) will conduct a public hearing (the “Hearing”) concerning the issuance by the Housing Authority of the City of Statesboro (the “Issuer”) of not to exceed $12,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of tax-exempt multifamily revenue bonds or notes (the “Bonds”), the proceeds of which will be loaned to Statesboro Summit Housing Partners, LP, a Georgia limited partnership (the "Borrower"), for the purpose of financing all or a portion of the costs of acquisition, rehabilitation, and equipping of a 98-unit multifamily housing development located at 241 North Main Street, Statesboro, Bulloch County, Georgia, and known as “Statesboro Summit Apartments” said project to consist of certain land, buildings, structures, equipment and related real and personal property (the “Project”). The Borrower will be the initial owner of the Project.

The public hearing, which may be continued or adjourned, will be held at 9:00 a.m. on September 10, 2026, before the Hearing Officer via teleconference in accordance with Revenue Procedure 2022-20, which can be accessed by dialing toll-free (833) 326-5428.

The Bonds do not constitute an indebtedness or general obligation of the City of Statesboro, Georgia the State of Georgia or of any county, municipal corporation or political subdivision thereof, and are payable solely from revenues derived from the Borrower and pledged to the payment thereof.

Any person interested in the issuance of the Bonds or the nature or location of the Project to be financed from the sale of the Bonds, may appear and be heard at such Hearing by joining the teleconference meeting as instructed herein.

THE ISSUER WILL NOT CONDUCT ANY PERFORMANCE REVIEW WITH RESPECT TO THE BONDS AS SUCH TERMS ARE DESCRIBED IN SECITON 36-82-100, OFFICIAL CODE OF GEORGIA ANNOTATED.
