SHA Agency Plan Public Hearing Notice






A Public Hearing will be held on August 14, 2025, at 6:00 PM during the next regular scheduled meeting of the Housing Authority of The City of Statesboro, GA Board of Commissioners, for comment on the Statesboro Housing Authority’s Capital Fund Five-Year Action Plan (2025-2029). Starting June 12, 2025, the document will be available for review over a 45-day period on the Authority’s website or at the central office located at: 33 Cone Homes (Hwy 80 East), Statesboro, GA 30458. The Public Hearing will be held at the above location. Any person wishing to comment on the document listed above may file his or her comments in writing with the Authority’s Executive Director at the above address by 5:00 PM on August 13, 2025, or may attend the board meeting. All comments will be considered in preparing the final document prior to submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
