PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., for comment on the Statesboro Housing Authority 2024 Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan (ACOP) and new rental lease agreement as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The document is available for review over the next 45 days at the Authority’s website: statesboroha.com and the central office located at:

The Public Hearing will also be held at the above location. Any person wishing to comment on the document may file his or her comments in writing with the Authority’s Executive Director at the above address by 5:00 p.m., on Monday, October 21, 2024, or may attend the Public Hearing.
